“You don't have to have it all figured out before you start”
Hello, I’m Jacqui. I’m a HCPC Registered Psychologist with 19 years of clinical experience supporting people through life’s most challenging moments. Many of my clients arrive feeling unseen, unheard, or as though they have to hold everything together for everyone else. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with past trauma, or coping with longstanding eating issues, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgemental space where you can explore your experience at your own pace.
Over the years, I have worked in a wide range of settings including private practice, corporate environments, NHS mental health services, and occupational health. I have also held senior leadership roles and shaped clinical services to meet complex client needs. I support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, complex trauma, eating disorders, complex emotional difficulties and repeating relationship patterns. I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent clients.
In addition to therapy, I offer supervision for fellow therapists. Supervision with me is a reflective, supportive space where you can process, grow, and reconnect with your own voice as a practitioner.
Alongside my clinical training, I’ve completed Advanced Level 2 Training in Embodied Yoga Practice. This work has shaped how I listen to what the body is trying to say. Whether it’s in therapy or supervision, many of my clients come feeling disconnected from their bodies or unsure how to trust their internal signals. My approach invites a return to safety, to stillness, to breathing more freely, not by pushing, but by tuning in.
I offer a space where both your story and your nervous system are held with care.

My Approach
I offer a space where you can feel safe, be deeply heard, and begin to understand the patterns that may be holding you back. It is a collaborative process, guided by your pace and needs, with the aim of helping you reconnect with yourself, feel more grounded, and move forward with greater clarity and self compassion.
My approach is both deeply compassionate and clinically informed. I draw on evidence-based trauma therapies including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy, adapted to your pace and readiness. I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you begin to untangle what has been keeping you stuck.
In supervision, I support both your clinical work and the emotional toll of being a therapist, especially if you find yourself holding more than your share in systems that can feel emotionally complex or draining. I help you stay clear, resourced, and connected to your values, even when others around you are not.
